Cool drawing. You should drop the left hip down some more so the shoulder angle is opposite to the hip angle.

Ah finally I have some time and peace and quiet so I can comment on this pic! I really love it! She looks like the coolest witch evar! Kinda like how Samantha from the old Bewitched tv show would be if she was in modern times. So awesome! I agree with Enrique, you should definitely color this one ^-^
This characetr would make an awesome children's book. Now you must quest for a writer!!!
